New version of the RCSA SDS just released
In May 2010 the RCSA Board approved the latest version of the Service Delivery Standard. There are no significant changes in requirements but the standard is now easier to read and more specific in some areas. You can access this version through your audit site - just click on the "Audit Preparation" link - or contact Fathom now for your copy. Businesses certified against the 2007 version will be automatically updated to the 2010 version at your next audit. Fathom will advise you if there are any new requirements you will need to address.
