Case Study: Placer Management Group

Jan Spriggs, Director Placer Management Group, took on certification in the RCSA Service Delivery Standard in 2005, and was one of the first RCSA Members to do so.  She says "the effect it had on our business is hard to measure as we have always worked to the standard, consequently we know no different.  What is has done is allowed us to all feel confident that we have consistency in our services with our clients, candidates and staff."

Qld Health acceptance of the RCSA SDS

The Queensland Government Chief Procedurement Office recently evaluated the RCSA Service Delivery Standard for its suitability as an industry/professiona quality scheme.  This was prompted by the issue in late 2011 of the Qld Health tender for nursing services.  The standard was assessed as "surpassing requirements" and the auditors as providing "professionally comprehensive services".
