Dianne Gibert, our CEO and founder, has many years (Oh, I'm not that old!!!), has a few years experience in management consulting primarily in performance improvement and change management. She has worked with leading businesses across banking, communications and retail industries. In 2003 she saw the need to build a company focussing on quality benchmarking and Standards development. Since the RCSA contracted Fathom in 2004, the implementation of the RCSA SDS:2007 across the recruitment industry has been her focus.
