Dianne has over 2 decades of experience as a management consultant. She worked with PA Consulting Group for 10 years, specialising in change management, performance improvement and project management. She has worked in leading businesses across recruitment, banking, communications and retail industries.

In 2005 Dianne started working with the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) to develop a program for defining and measuring best practice in the recruitment industry. Out of this work came the RCSA Service Delivery Standard, which is now available across Australia and New Zealand. Fathom continues to manage this certification program on behalf of the RCSA.

Dianne has an MBA, and is a qualified lead auditor in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 4801 Occupational Health and Safety.
Dianne is based in Melbourne.

As a former Recruitment Consultant, National Business Developer and Head Hunter, Bronwyn Murphy has almost 20 years experience in the Recruitment Industry. Bronwyn now undertakes the training and up-skilling of consultants and team leaders within the industry. As well as providing skills training and coaching in all facets of recruitment her experience also sees her developing and implementing performance management, motivational, engagement and retention services to businesses.

She is passionate about increasing the professionalism of recruitment businesses and the skill level of consultants and Team Leaders in the Recruitment industry. Doing so will establish the Recruitment Industry as a true and worthwhile profession.

John Theodorsen

John Theodorsen's professional background covers the areas of management, industrial relations and public administration.

John has had a wide-ranging professional career as an Industrial Advocate, CEO of a registered industrial organisation and Ministerial Chief of Staff in the Western Australian Government. He currently works as a management consultant.

John Theodorsen has been associated with the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association for a number of years, and has provided policy advice, government and community relations and secretariat support to the Association's Region Council along with participation in national policy forums.

John is an Associate Fellow of Australian Institute of Management and a Professional Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Institute of Public Administration Australia and the Industrial Relations Society of Western Australia.
